6-year-old kid attempts to drive himself to schol - "GTA Style"

GTA Driving Experience into Real Life

Who says video games don't affect the youth or anyone in general - GTA (Grand Theft Auto) is a highly influential game that can easily lead any child to follow on its path.

That's why a 6 year old child, who missed his school bus, decided to go to school on his family's car, Ford Taurus - though he made it pretty far due to his GTA skills but ended up crashing in an electrical piling - as some say, he was so determined to go to school, that he left his car right and walked to school from there on!

Unsend your sent messages at Gmail - New Gmail Feature

Unsend Your Sent Messages at Gmail
Google's mail adds a new feature

Can you believe it?

Now you can unsend your message that you have already sent through GMAIL. Let's say you wrote an email to your friend, and you quickly pressed the "Send" button as soon as you thought you were done - but then you realized you have to write P.S. --> in this case you can undo your action of sending, edit your email and then send it! Cool, isn't it?

Here's a demonstration of how to ENABLE this Gmail feature

However, this functionality is only for a few seconds, or maybe a minute. You cannot edit your emails long after you have sent them - this is just to correct quick errors, and make quick additions. If you wish to edit after like hour or so, that would be too late!

Not the best of the features, but not a bad one either!
GMAIL ROCKS! GOOGLE ROCKS!

Download Mozilla Firefox 3 (NEW NEW NEW!!!)

Download the New Mozilla Firefox 3

Mozilla has released complete version of Firefox 3, after many beta releases. Most bugs have been cleared out. There may still be some, but they will also be resolved over period of time, if you continue to download Mozilla Firefox Updates. Mozilla Firefox 3 is available in 45 languages from all over the world. Disappointment for Pakistanis, and Indians, as there is no Hindi, or Urdu - but other local languages are available that include Gujarati and Punjabi. For Arabs, Arabic Language is available for Mozilla Firefox.

Mozilla is of course, not just available for Windows users, but for Mac OS X and Linux as well. It works just as great on other operating systems as it does on Microsoft Windows.

Mozilla Firefox 3 has many new features in it that were not seen in older versions of Mozilla Firefox. Firefox was always known for its easy-to-use bookmarking system, but this time, it has been enhanced so much that users will find it even more easier and comfortable to use. Location Bar is another useful feature in Mozilla Firefox 3 - this feature makes it easier for users to revisit the sites they have visited earlier. Its Improved Performance also makes it lighter for PCs to handle. It takes up less memory than before and works very smoothly. Full Zoom is another brilliant feature - now you can zoom into any page that you are browsing and see it from close. Security has also been enhanced in Mozilla Firefox 3.

In short, it is a must download - therefore download it and install it into your computer, may you have Mac OS X, or Linux or straightforward Microsoft Windows.

The Post-American World by Fareed Zakaria

In The Post-American World, Farid Zakaria argues that the "rise of the rest" is the great story of our time.

"This is not a book about the decline of America, but rather about the rise of everyone else." So begins Fareed Zakaria's important new work on the era we are now entering. Following on the success of his best-selling The Future of Freedom, Zakaria describes with equal prescience a world in which the United States will no longer dominate the global economy, orchestrate geopolitics, or overwhelm cultures. He sees the "rise of the rest"—the growth of countries like China, India, Brazil, Russia, and many others—as the great story of our time, and one that will reshape the world. The tallest buildings, biggest dams, largest-selling movies, and most advanced cell phones are all being built outside the United States. This economic growth is producing political confidence, national pride, and potentially international problems. How should the United States understand and thrive in this rapidly changing international climate? What does it mean to live in a truly global era? Zakaria answers these questions with his customary lucidity, insight, and imagination.

Tere ishq ki inteha Chahta hoon..by Allama Iqbal

tere ishq ki inteha chahta hoon
meri saadgi dekh kya chahta hoon

sitam ho k ho vaada-e-behijaabi
koi baat sabr-aazmaa chahta hoon

ye jannat mubarak rahe zaahidon ko
k main aap ka saamnaa chahta hoon

koi dam ka mehmaan hoon ae ahal-e-mehfil
chiragh-e-sehar hoon, bujha chahta hoon

bhari bazm mein raaz ki baat kah di
badaa be-adab hoon, saza chahta hoon

WHAT A NICE POEM!!!

Facts about Bill Gates

1. Bill Gates earns US$250 every SECOND, that's about US$20 Million a DAY and US$7.8 Billion a YEAR!

2. If he drops a thousand dollar, he won't even bother to pick it up bcoz the 4 seconds he picks it, he would've already earned it back.

3. The US national debt is about 5.62 trillion, if Bill Gates were to pay the debt by himself; he will finish it in less then 10 years.

4. He can donate US$15 to everyone on earth but still be left with US$5 Million for his pocket money.

5. Michael Jordan is the highest paid athlete in US. If he doesn't drink and eat, and keeps up his annual income i.e. US$30 Million, he'll have to wait for 277 years to become as rich as Bill Gates is now.

6. If Bill Gates was a country, he would be the 37th richest country on earth.

7. If you change all of Bill Gate's money to US$1 notes, you can make a road from earth to moon, 14 times back and forth. But you have to make that road non-stop for 1,400 years, and use a total of 713 BOEING 747 planes to transport all the money.

8. Bill Gates is 40 this year. If we assume that he will live for another 35 years, he has to spend US$6.78 Million per day to finish all his money before he can go to heaven.

Last but not the least:
If Microsoft Windows' users can claim US$1 for every time their computers hang because of Microsoft Windows, Bill Gates will be bankrupt in 3 years!!!!!!! !!!!

A Touching story!!

There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she's blind.
She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He's always there for her. She said that if she could only see the world, she would marry her boyfriend.

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her and then she can see
everything, including her boyfriend. Her boyfriend asked her, "now that you can see the world, will you marry me?" The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend is blind too, and refused to marry him.

Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her
saying. "Just take care of my eyes dear."

This is how human brain changes when the status changed. Only few remember what life was before, and who's always been there even in the most painful situations.

Life Is A Gift

Today before you think of saying an unkind word - Think of someone who can't speak.

Before you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone who has nothing to eat.

Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who went too
early to heaven.

Before you argue about your dirty house, someone didn't clean or sweep - Think of the people who are living in the streets.

Before whining about the distance you drive - Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.

And when you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the
unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job.

But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another -
Remember that not one of us are without sin and we all answer to one
maker.

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile on your face and thank God you're alive and still around.

Life is a gift, Live it, Enjoy it , Celebrate it, And fulfill it .

Dealing with Stress - especially during the exams!

Right now, many students that are in high schools or universities are having exams. A lot of these students are probably going through stress-period. Because of this reason I thought I should talk about stress a little bit.

Stress is NOT good. But it isn't bad in all cases. Some amount of stress is necessary, because it keeps us alert of the dangers and warns us of threatening situations. As in exams time, little bit stress helps because it encourages you to study.

But over-stress is NOT good. Firstly, one needs to know the symptoms of it:

• Palpitations

• Sweating

• Irritability
• Tiredness
• Loss of appetite
• Dizziness
• Unusual emotional feelings
• Difficulty sleeping
• Loss of libido
• Migraine
• Asthma
• Indigestion
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
• Feeling generally unwell or unable to relax

How to deal with stress?
To deal with stress there are a few useful tips that you can follow:

• Manage your studying
Don't go mad and lock yourself in with your books 24 hours a day. Two to three hours is the maximum amount of time you can study before you stop really absorbing what you read. So, break up periods of work with periods of relaxation. And reward yourself for your hard work with small treats.

• Start relaxing NOW
Incorporate some relaxing activities into your schedule NOW if you know a stressful period is coming up. Maybe go for a half hour walk, take time to make yourself a tasty lunch or go along to a yoga or pilates class. Stretching exercises and meditation can help lower your general anxiety, especially if done on a regular basis. Look at yoga-mad Gwyneth Paltrow, you don't get much more chilled than her.

• Eat properly
Feed your head with healthy foods. Avoid very rich or spicy foods, moderate your coke intake (or you won't be able to recall what you read) until after the exams and vitamin supplements might be worth trying for a few weeks.

• Good sleep is vital
Exam stress sometimes makes sleeping difficult. So, set a definite time to go to bed and stick to it. A period of gentle music, a light snack or a glass of milk and a warm bath will help you relax before bed. Read the Onelife Better Better guide to sleeping.

• Keep busy
Keeping busy when you're not studying stops you dwelling on exam worries. Sport and other activities, such as playing, art and cooking, can make you feel more relaxed, as well as boosting confidence. So, take regular breaks out of your studies to relax in this way.

• Be nice to yourself
Self-affirmation works wonders! You may feel silly but tell yourself that you are great, you can do it, and generally psyche yourself up to feeling that you will come top. Why do you think athletes do it before a match?

• Failure is not the end
Try to remember that although you want to do well, failing is not the end of your chances. Many of the world's most successful men and women survived many failures. If it really matters to you, you can always resist.

SO, I hope these tips will help you. If you follow these tips you can probably study better!

Natural Disasters and Wrath of God!

Last year, in 2005, we saw a lot of hurricanes around the World. Everybody must have noticed that storms and hurricanes are getting stronger, over the years. Of course, there have been real dangerous storms and hurricanes in past too. But, past records are being broken by new storms and hurricanes.

A news report states that there will be 14 storms coming in coming hurricane season and 5 of them are hurricanes. There is no hurricane striking the U.S. this time. In past 61 years, this is only 11th hurricane season in which not a single hurricane is expected to hit the U.S.

But news report also states that this is still a bad year, maybe not for the U.S. but for the rest of the World, it is. Are these disasters wrath of God???

Well, the World has been committing more sins recently. Day-by-day people are getting worse. God wants us to see that what we are doing is wrong. He is asking us to turn to the right path, and stop destructing the World by giving up the Worldly desires.

May God make us understand the truth!

The Same Sex Marriage Issue

After re-opening the issue the issue was closed before any argument was made on it, the Conservatives lost the vote to argue about this issue again by 175-123. I am quite disappointed because as being a Muslim I obviously oppose this law because it goes against the teachings of Islam. I had thought that by re-opening this issue these people have been given another chance to cancel this law and save themselves from committing a huge sin, but it seems as if most of them do not want this to happen, and have listened to the Satan inside of them. Who knows when they will learn.

I read a article in The Star and according to that a lot of the MPs only voted "no" was because they did not want to open up this issue again, because then for the next few years this would be the main topic they would be talking about, they just wanted to get over with this. Also according to the article I read that over 12 000 gay Canadians, as well as foreign visitors, have been married in the last three years.

If the government keeps approving of these issues, then later on if people want to marry their pets, or marry someone within their direct family. Will they keep on giving them the right to do that? It will only get worse, not better for mankind, this is just destroying mankind and exploiting the society.

I don't think that this issue will probably be opened again, because it has already been voted out, so the chance of saving this society from a great punishment from God is almost gone. I can't really do much anymore, but pray for the best of mankind.

The Great "Firewall" Of China

This article below that talks about the people who have been imprisoned for journalism & blogging (especially through internet) in China. Read this article below:

Hugo de Burgh, a journalism professor and expert on China, argued last night that only a "tiny" proportion of people in the world's most populous state were in prison for journalism or blogging.

Speaking at a debate entitled the Great (Fire)Wall of the Internet, Professor de Burgh said it was important not to overstate the curbs on free speech in China, which were often a legacy of confused laws and perpetrated by local officials.

His remarks drew opposition from several of those present at the debate, organised by the London School of Economics and Reporters sans Frontières (RSF).

Julien Pain, head of the internet freedom desk at RSF, said: "There are around 70 journalists in jail in China and more than 50 cyber dissidents also in prison ... How can you say 50 people is not a lot of people?"

Laws of China have also enforced strict censorship on really important sites, such as Wikipedia, and BBC. Because of this a lot of people don't get to know what is really happening around the globe. People that try posting this information through blogs in China, get imprisoned.

The Sony PlayStation 3!

After a long wait, Sony finally releases their latest gaming system that people have been anxiously waiting for. The question now is, if it really was worth the wait or not. I haven't bought the system yet myself, but i can say that it really is worth buying, it is twice the time better then X-Box 360 (speaking systematically), and 15 times better then the new Nintendo Wii, and also 25 times better then the PS2.

Like the Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii, the PS3 can stand vertically or lie horizontally in an A/V rack, though because of its curved top, it's not meant to have any other components resting on top of it. We saw early prototypes in white and silver colors, but at launch, the PS3 will be available only in black--the 20GB version is all black, the 60GB version is highlighted with a chrome trim.

Whats important about it is that it can play PS1 and PS2 games, so u don't need to wait for the games you play for PS3 to come out, you can use your old PS1 or PS2 games. Another good feature about it is that it has a built in Bluetooth technology that lets you use the controller wirelessly and very comfortably, and not having to worry about moving it too much away from the Console. Like all other systems uptill now, you have to pay for online playing, but not anymore, online playing is free, just connect using your internet at home through a router, it could be wireless or through the ethernet. It also has 4 USB plugins in the front and 2 in the back, that lets you connect the controllers through that and other USB devices, like a USB mouse or a USB keyboard, to use its own web browsing. It is just like using a computer, no need to have trouble using the controller, you can click and type as normal as you do on your own computer. You can also charge your wireless controller through the USB by inserting it into the PS3 and the controller.

There are 2 versions of it that are being released, one is the 20 Gig and the other is the 60 Gig. The price of the 20 Gig is around $600 and the price of the 60 Gig is around $1500.the PlayStation 3 hits the shelves as the most affordable Blu-ray player you can buy, merely half the price of $1,000 to $1,300 models from the likes of Samsung, Panasonic, Pioneer, Philips, and ironically Sony.

The PS3 is still a worthwhile system to buy, whether you buy it now or later on. Therefore the PS3 is a versatile and impressive piece of home entertainment system.

(The PS3 on the left is 20 Gig and on the right is the 60 Gig one)
